About Brenda
Brenda is the founder and practitioner behind Restored Stride Equine Body Work Ltd., providing gentle, evidence‑informed equine massage and bodywork that supports comfort, mobility, and long‑term wellness. Her practice is grounded in patience, empathy, and a deep respect for each horse’s individual needs.
With a lifelong background in horsemanship, Brenda brings a nuanced understanding of equine behaviour, biomechanics, and communication to every session. Her professional training in equine massage, and complementary bodywork modalities allows her to blend technical precision with a calm, intuitive approach.
Brenda is committed to ongoing education and ethical, horse‑centred care. She takes the time to observe, listen, and tailor each session to the unique history and physical patterns of the horse in front of her. Her goal is to support horses in moving with greater ease, balance, and comfort — whether they are performance partners, pleasure horses, or beloved companions.
