About Brenda

Brenda has been a dedicated student of the horse for more than 45 years, driven by a lifelong desire to help horses feel better in their bodies. Her most recent partner, Majorly Terrific (Majic and Brenda in photo on right), inspired her to deepen her studies in equine bodywork so she could support his soundness, comfort, and long‑term wellbeing. That journey led her to a blend of gentle equine massage, fascial release techniques, Reiki, and light‑touch bodywork — all aimed at improving mobility, relaxation, and whole‑horse wellness.

Grounded in patience, empathy, and a deep respect for each horse’s individual needs, Brenda approaches every session with a calm, intuitive presence. Her extensive background in horsemanship gives her a strong foundation in equine behaviour, biomechanics, and communication, allowing her to read subtle patterns and respond thoughtfully.

Brenda’s professional training in equine massage, Reiki, and complementary bodywork modalities allows her to combine technical skill with a soft, mindful touch. She is committed to ongoing education and ethical, horse‑centred care. Each session is tailored to the unique history, posture, and physical patterns of the horse in front of her.

Her goal is simple and heartfelt: to help horses move with greater ease, balance, and comfort — whether they are performance athletes, pleasure partners, or cherished companions.
